In-House Training
- Whilst we will try to maintain ideal numbers of delegates to tutors, this is not always possible. The decision on number of delegates per course is made by Protecting People Health and Safety Training and the client.
- Protecting People Health and Safety Training reserves the right to deliver a course by using one or multiple trainers. Whilst the same trainer will always be used where possible, this is not always practical.
- Course materials are kept under continuous review. Protecting People Health and Safety Training cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors in the course materials.
- Protecting People Health and Safety Training cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (including acts of God) that affect the running/delivery of a course. We will endeavour to work with our clients to resolve any such matter to the best of our ability.
- For any courses that are to be provided on the client’s premises, it is the responsibility of the client to provide the following:
- A suitable training room, large enough for all attendees
- Lunch and refreshments (if applicable)
- A projector or large flat screen TV, flipchart and pens

- Telephone/email support (if applicable) covers any work that does not involve the physical travel to the client’s site. If extra work on client’s site is required, this will be charged at an agreed amount.
- In the case of the telephone/email support contracts, the contract start date will be the date the client signs to accept the proposal.
Online Virtual Classroom Training

- Protecting People Health and Safety Training expects delegates attending a virtual classroom to behave in a polite and appropriate manner and reserves the right to exclude delegates or abandon the course in the event of disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour by an individual or group of virtual classroom delegates. In such an event, no refund will be payable to you.
- Protecting People Health and Safety Training reserve the right to alter the dates or cancel online virtual classroom training courses due to unforeseen circumstances and/or low delegate numbers. Whilst every effort will be made to avoid such circumstances.
- Delegates accept that it is their responsibility that the virtual classroom training course booked and paid for is suitable for their requirements and ability. We will recommend courses or learning solutions, however, the assessment and the final decision concerning the suitability of the course is the delegates responsibility. In cases where we have made recommendations, we do so in good faith and will not be wilfully misleading, it is based on the information you provide.
- There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate, however we must be informed of the change prior to the commencement of the course. (This does not apply to NEBOSH courses, as delegates will have already been registered)
- As all training courses are available via online virtual classroom, clients wishing to book groups onto specific training courses can arrange mutually agreeable dates with Protecting People Health and Safety Training.

- For NEBOSH Certificate courses, materials are provided that are up to date at the time of booking. If materials are updated, updates can be provided by Protecting People Health and Safety Training. - All fees are payable in advance. Course materials (where applicable) will not be sent until payment is received. Fees quoted are correct at time of publication. Protecting People Health and Safety Training reserves the right to alter fees at any time. Once materials are sent, refunds cannot be offered. Shipment of materials to non-UK addresses may incur an additional fee.
Exams
- All NEBOSH courses taken in the UK must be booked and paid in full 6 weeks before the date of the exam. This is due to advanced payments required by NEBOSH for exam fees.
- We do accept later bookings, although it is important to note that there may be additional fees. If you submit a late booking and have missed the NEBOSH exam cut-off date, payment of late exam registration fees will be chargeable in order to register your exams.
- Whilst Protecting People Health and Safety Training does its best to advise delegates of exam venues, things can change. Delegates will be notified of any changes to the exam venue.
